BioPro 190 $8,395 The BioPro 190 is, hands down, the easiest small scale way to produce biodiesel available today. Engineered to last as long as the Stainless steel it is built upon. Unlike other biodiesel processor's on the market the BioPro family can use a two-stage method in making biodiesel making it the highest quality and most reliable processor available. Unlike other processors the set up time for the biopro is extremely fast. Simply unload the machine out of the crate, plug it in the wall, put in your used oil up to the fill line, add your chemicals, methanol, sulfuric acid, and methoxide and press the big green start button. Springboard of course recommends reading the user manual prior the making your first batch, as it will help familiarize you with the machine The BioPro 190 Biodiesel Processor is capable of producing a 50 gallon batch of biodiesel every 48 hours. The process is automated – it’s been compared to a breadmaker: Simply add your ingredients, push the button, and walk away.
The BioPro 190 is constructed of 304 stainless steel, and all components are high quality, industrial grade.
BioPro 380 $12,995 The BioPro 380 has become a foundation stone to many people, who are making biodiesel on a regular basis. People everywher have begun to rely on the ability of the BioPro family line to do this consistently. Biodiesel has not only become one of the worlds most successful alternative energies. But it is starting to make regular petroleum diesel the alternative. Interested?Get started learning about biodiesel with our basic "biodiesel information" section! The industry has long waited for a machine that will make enough fuel to fill a semi-truck, introducing the BioPro 380. The BioPro 380 operates the exact same way as the 190, press the big green start button and walk away. - What chemicals are required? The BioPro 380 is the big brother of the popular BioPro 190. It is capable of producing a 100 gallon batch of biodiesel every 48 hours. The process is automated, just as with the BioPro 190. As with all Springboard produced biodiesel equipment Springboard constructed the 380 with high quailty parts and performed several Quality Assurance tests to ensure industrial grade, quality products. The most visible of these high quality components are the tanks, which are constructed of 304 stainless steel - built to last!. The tank weldment is mounted on a powdercoated carbon steel stand.
BioPro 150$5,995 The BioPro 150 offers the same quality, ease of use, and safety that the BioPro 190 and the BioPro 380 are known for, but in a smaller, more economical package, producing 40 gallons of biodiesel every 48 hours. As with the BioPro 190 and the BioPro 380, the BioPro 150 is constructed of 304 stainless steel, and all components are high quality, industrial grade. The BioPro 150 operation is the same as the BioPro 190 with the following exceptions:
After each automated spray wash or turbulent wash cycle, the waste water is drained off manually. One tank is employed to accommodate the methanol/ methoxide used for the esterification /transesterification reactions. At the beginning of the process, the user must stay with the machine for about 8 minutes while the methanol is pumped out of this tank into the main reaction vessel, after which catalyst and a second dose of methanol are added to the tank, and the user walks away. The BioPro 150 fuel pump is an optional item. The machine has a bracket for mounting the fueling pump and connects in the same way as the BioPro 190.
